You just did something incredible — now it's time to help your body recover. The Postpartum Belly Binder is your new everyday essential, designed to gently compress and support your core, ease lower back pain, and help you feel held together while your body heals.
Whether you delivered via C-section or vaginally, this medical-grade wrap molds to your body for support that lasts all day — firm where you need it, soft where it counts.
Adjustable closures mean a custom fit as your body changes week to week, and the breathable fabric stays comfortable and discreet under your everyday clothes.
Recovery isn't about bouncing back — it's about feeling like you again. Wear it under your clothes, around the house, or on the school run, and feel the difference from day one.
Measure around the widest part of your belly and choose your pre-pregnancy size if you're between sizes. The two panels give each size a generous adjustment range — the fit follows your recovery. Full chart in the size guide.
Orders ship within 24 hours on business days. Free worldwide shipping. You have 14 days to try it — if it isn't right, return it for a full refund.
Hand wash or machine wash cold in a laundry bag, gentle cycle. Lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry, bleach or iron — gentle care keeps the fabric soft against healing skin.
Size Guide
How to find your size
Your SOFLICARE Belly Binder is sized by the measurement around your belly — the part it actually wraps. Finding your size takes about thirty seconds and a soft tape measure.
How to measure
Stand relaxed and breathe out normally. Wrap a soft tape measure around the widest part of your belly, usually right across your belly button, keeping it level all the way around. Note the number in centimetres — that's your size.
No tape measure? Use a piece of string, mark where it meets, then hold it against any ruler.
Size chart
| Size | Fits a belly measurement of |
|---|---|
| S | around 85 cm |
| M | around 90 cm |
| L | around 95 cm |
| XL | around 100 cm |
Each size has two adjustable panels, so it comfortably covers the range around its measurement — the fit follows you as your body changes week by week.
Between two sizes?
Choose the larger one. In the early weeks your body is still settling, and the panels let you tighten the fit as you recover — so a little extra room now means comfortable support for longer.
When to measure
If you're expecting, measure close to your due date, or simply choose the size matching your late-pregnancy belly. Already had your baby? Measure as you are now — your current belly is exactly what the binder needs to fit.
Every recovery is different. If you're unsure, email us at support@soflicare.com and we'll help you choose — and remember, every order is covered by our 14-day guarantee, so you can always adjust if it's not quite right.
Thoughtful construction
Two panels. One perfect fit.
Instead of one rigid wrap, two independent panels contour to you — snug where you want support, relaxed where you want ease. Adjust each in seconds, even one-handed while holding your baby.
All-day wear
So soft, you'll forget it's there
The brushed inner layer feels closer to loungewear than medical wear. It disappears under clothing, stays put when you bend and reach, and breathes through long days and warm rooms.
From one mother to another
Words from mothers who've been there
After my caesarean I was scared to even stand up straight. This gave me the confidence to move again.
C-section recovery
With my first baby I used a cheap wrap that rolled down constantly. This one just stays. I forget I'm wearing it until I take it off.
Mom of two
After my vaginal birth, the binder supported my lower back during feeds. It also made walking around feel much easier.

Questions, gently answered
Many mothers start within the first days after birth. If you had a caesarean or complications, check with your doctor first — they know your recovery best.
Measure around the widest part of your belly and use the size guide above. Between sizes? The adjustable panels are forgiving — most mothers size down.
Yes — it's slim, smooth and quiet under everyday clothing. Most mothers wear it over a thin layer for extra comfort.
No. Worn for comfort during everyday movement, it supports your muscles rather than working for them. Think of it as a companion for the early weeks — and lean on it less as your strength returns.
You have 14 days to try it. If it isn't right, return it for a full refund — no long forms, no awkward questions.
